My friend's friends recommended we check the Pebble out while I was in town. We went on a Friday evening. When we arrived around 6:45 p.m., it was nearly empty. By the time we left, perhaps 9:30 p.m., the place was jamming. Pebble's bartenders and staff are professional, efficient and polite. The specialty drink menu had some really cool things which we've never seen elsewhere. We did try handful of drinks and they were fantastic. However, be sure to know that drinks range from about $21 to about $28. Yep, for a martini-sized drink. We decided we wanted a little snack. The very, very limited appetizer menu was kind of unique, but nothing special. My friend ordered deviled eggs for $15, and we received three small to medium sized half eggs. I was shocked. They weren't even that good. The crowd was a very interesting mix of mostly people in their 20s and 30s. Mix of white and asian. All really nice people. Pebble's bar space is really tiny and could perhaps accommodate 30 people. The decor was modern but nothing crazy special. It was just clean, efficient, comfortable enough. Lighting was really dim and set a nice mood.

Pebble Bar is exactly what we were looking for... we got early rez right at 4 when they opened. The vibe is quiet, laid back, a bit dark - exactly what a low key cocktail bar should be. Solid drinks, tasty apps , and friendly service. Recommend

-Bar snacks were amazing, would order all again (onion dip w/ caviar, sliders, deviled eggs (spicy, which I love but if you don't, might avoid or ask them to omit that), & shrimp cocktail. -Cocktails were sooo freaking good. Stuck w/ mezcal & tequila drinks all night. Would absolutely order every single one again. Noting that the floors have some different options so you may not be able to get that same cocktail if you move around. Don't worry, there are plenty other amazing options. -Ambiance is great, dimly lit & comfy seating. Busy but was quiet enough for conversation on the floor I was on. Entry bar was loud & a bit rambunctious but nice spot to pop into or to grab a drink before your resy.

Wonderful spot to have a first date! I don't think I would've ever come here if not for my partner, who invited me when we were getting to know each other. I remember opening the menu and asking if they knew the prices for this place, to which they responded that they did, and not to worry about the cost- just have fun. The lively music with intimate seating sure helped with loosening up that evening. You can order several things off the menu, as this is more of a "tapas-style" restaurant. Between the fresh oysters and deviled eggs, I was transported to culinary Heaven. If there's any con, it could be that the music was very loud and the seating was rather snug. If you're uncomfortable at the thought of sitting in a small space near other people with dim lighting, I'd recommend trying something else. But for me, it gave me the perfect space to get to know my partner and enjoy high-quality bites. With enough cash, I would come here again and try the bites I didn't taste the first time. Maybe as an anniversary dinner!

Pebble Bar was such a cute and special experience! Upon arrival, you get taken upstairs to this chic lounge with a cool aesthetic. We spent a couple of hours here and it was so nice! My uncle and I had the Sancerre wine and my husband had Jameson drinks. The cocktails looked lovely too! I really loved their wine options and was so happy with what I got! Food wise, we had the popcorn and chips and dip and both were so delicious! Every interaction I had with Pebble Bar employees was spectacular. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The whole experience was fantastic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot for drinks in NYC!

Incredible Experience at Pebble Bar! I recently visited Pebble Bar in NYC, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and cozy, creating a welcoming vibe that's perfect for a night out. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I tried the deviled eggs, sliders, bread and the steak tartare + caviar and yum yum yummy it was all super delicious and just perfect snacking food bursting with flavor. The drink menu was also impressive, with a great selection of cocktails and spirits to complement the meal. My favorite cocktail of the night was hands-down the Moon Unit Zappa. Wowzers ! What really set the experience apart, though, was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find such a seamless combination of great food, excellent service, and a top-tier atmosphere, but Pebble Bar nails it on every level. I can't recommend Pebble Bar enough. I'll definitely be back!

I happened to go to Pebble Bar on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprise. We sat by the tall tables on the 2nd floor, which was quite empty when we got there around 6pm but got really busy around 7pm. It is a small but well decorated place with good vibes. The servers are polite. Cocktails were well-made with good flavor. Tried the GINNI FALLON and the CIDERHOUSE MULE. Both quite good, the Ciderhouse really had a ginger kick so I would recommend it if you really like ginger.

I have no idea why this place only has 3 stars. The ambiance is super cozy, the service is amazing, and the drinks are delicious! I had the Sun City, which is tequila based. It was super refreshing and just sweet enough. The alcohol was pretty strong, but you couldn't taste it at all, which is always good! We only had a couple bites to go with the drinks -- both the popcorns and chips were delicious.
